At twenty, Dokrak takes a break from school, hoping a gap year will help her figure out who she wants to be. She works part-time at a cozy café inside the Art & Us gallery, where her quiet routine is interrupted by Pam, a twenty-two-year-old dentistry student who often stops by to study. Drawn to Pam’s calm presence, Dokrak slowly develops feelings she doesn’t quite know how to handle. Everything becomes more complicated when Dokrak’s brother Kawi meets Pam and instantly falls for her. Wanting to support him, Dokrak reluctantly agrees to help him win Pam over, hiding her own emotions along the way. But as Pam grows closer to Kawi, Dokrak’s buried feelings only deepen — until she’s forced to confront the pain of loving someone who was never meant to be hers.
