The Air follows Princess Catherine Blew de Laina, the heir to the throne of the Kingdom of Madelin, who travels to Thailand on an official visit. There, she meets Wayo “Lom” Wathinwanit, a skilled police officer assigned as her personal bodyguard. What begins as a routine security detail quickly turns into a nightmare when an assassination attempt forces the princess to flee for her life, leaving Lom as her only protection. As they go into hiding to escape the forces targeting the royal family, Lom and Blew face constant danger, political conspiracies, and betrayals that threaten both their safety and their trust in others. During their escape, the distance between protector and princess begins to blur, giving way to forbidden feelings complicated by duty, royal expectations, and class differences.
